Challenge
AHEC needed a digital showcase that matched the beauty and ambition of its physical exhibitions — a place to tell the story of sustainable hardwood design while offering curators and editors the flexibility to update content as new projects launched.
Solution
We built a custom WordPress theme using the block editor and ACF to highlight large-format imagery, project galleries, and designer insights. The theme’s modular approach allows editors to mix full-screen visuals with storytelling sections that celebrate materials and process.
Outcome
The resulting website captures the artistry and environmental ethos of AHEC’s exhibitions — fast-loading, visually stunning, and easy to maintain between global events.
