Developed a fully custom WordPress theme for Prickly Bear—a learning app that rewards progress with incentives like Robux—on a very short turnaround ahead of their Easter promotion. The build focused on speed, SEO optimisation, and mobile-first performance, using the WordPress Block Editor combined with Advanced Custom Fields to provide a flexible, easy-to-manage content structure for the client. I implemented optimisation techniques such as lazy-loading images, minifying assets, and streamlining theme code to ensure rapid load times across devices. The clean, modern design was tailored to enhance user experience while meeting strict SEO requirements, with metadata and on-page structure optimised for discoverability. The result was a high-quality, fully editable WordPress site delivered in just days—demonstrating that speed of delivery doesn’t have to compromise performance or functionality.
