Ticketmaster Business

Building a global enterprise platform for live entertainment

Ticketmaster Business – the global B2B division of Ticketmaster, serving partners across North America, Europe, and beyond.

Challenge

Ticketmaster needed a unified digital platform to power its international enterprise business presence, spanning dozens of markets including the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Singapore, and more.

The brief: translate the new Ticketmaster Business brand identity (explored by Huge Inc, Ticketmaster’s long-term design partner) into a scalable, multilingual web experience capable of serving regional teams worldwide – without losing local flexibility.

Solution

Working closely with Huge and Ticketmaster’s global stakeholder group, we developed a PorterWP full-site editing theme for WordPress that could be rolled out across international markets with minimal friction.

Key features include:

  • Multilingual deployment with full hreflang support across more than 25 country domains.
  • Custom post types for Insights, Press Releases, and Case Studies.
  • Rich media templates designed for editorial teams managing diverse content types across regions.
  • A global content hub, allowing central marketing teams to distribute assets and notes to regional editors.
  • Performance and accessibility optimisations to meet Ticketmaster’s global standards.

Outcome

The result is a highly scalable, brand-consistent network of sites that delivers the Ticketmaster Business identity to every corner of the world – from New York to Sydney, Oslo to Singapore.

This collaboration extends a 15-year partnership with Ticketmaster, encompassing projects such as Ticketmaster Guides, TM Backstage, and the global Ticketmaster Blog platform – each built to the same standards of performance, accessibility, and brand precision.
